9th September 2008 – Adam is one of the chefs headlining at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair held at Olympia in London. He will be giving a live cooking demonstration titled “British Seasonal Cooking” and answering any culinary questions. www.specialityandfinefoodfairs.co.uk

24th/25th August 2008 – Adam will be opening the Holdenby Food Show at Holdenby House in Northamptonshire. After the huge success of last years show Adam will now be giving three live cooking demonstrations to some of the 5000 – 7000 expected people and answering any of their culinary questions.

9th May 2008 - Adam will be hosting his fifth annual “Chefs Academy” dinner at Northampton College. He will be putting the selected catering students through their paces again to cook and serve a three course meal to 80 invited guests recreating the environment and pressure of working in a fine dining “Michelin star” restaurant. <more>

23rd November 2007 - Adam was invited back by the residents of the village of Haselbech in Northamptonshire to give another cooking demonstration .On this occasion Adam showed how to cook alternative dishes for the festive season. Tickets were sold to 40 local residents and all the proceeds raised were donated to the NSPCC and Haselbech church. <more>

25th October 2007 – Adam featured on Euromaxx a la carte, a German lifestyle television programme, where he discussed the excellent quality of British ingredients within the United Kingdom. To view the recipe 

27th/28th September 2007 – Adam showed his support for the Year of Food and Farming, by demonstrating simple dishes at the ‘Farming to Food Show’ on the 27th September 2007, right in the heart of London. His hands-on involvement in the show really demonstrated Adam’s passion to get people to re-engage with where their food is grown and produced. Sir Donald Curry, chair of the Policy Commission n the Future of Farming and Food, officially opened the show, and thanked Adam for his support.

26th/27th August 2007 - Adam officially opened the Holdenby Food Show at Holdenby House in Northamptonshire, after being introduced to the show by Mr James Lowther, owner of the house. The Holdenby Food Show was the first of its kind in Northamptonshire and featured a broad selection of local and national producers, plus suppliers of fine foods and organic produce. Adam gave a series of lively cooking demonstrations for some of the 5,000 people attending the show, and happily encouraged the crowd to ask him any culinary questions. <more>

1st June 2007 – Adam hosted his fourth annual “Chef’s Academy” dinner at Northampton College. He put selected catering students through their paces to cook for 80 invited guests recreating the pressure of working in a fine dining “Michelin star” restaurant. <more>

April 2007 - Adam was featured chef of the month on Chefs Etc website, and gave an in depth interview about his career to date.

2nd February 2007 - Adam was invited to give two cooking demonstrations in the village of Haselbech in Northamptonshire for a charity event. Tickets were sold to 60 local residents and a total of £750 was raised for the Macmillan Cancer Trust and Haselbech church. (Recipes from the demo can be found under the recipe section)
