January kicked off the pace with Rhodes Twenty Four retaining its Michelin star for the fourth year running, under Adam's precise, professional direction. Adam accredits this success to the brilliant support from his sous chef, Andrew Barkham, plus his stoic kitchen brigade, and of course the meticulous restaurant team, led by Manager, Ludovic Bargibant.
