Adam will return to his home county of
Northamptonshire to give a cooking demonstration
to 150 invited guests in the village of Harpole in
aid of the Macmillan Cancer Trust. Donations on
the day are expected to exceed the £5000 that was
raised last year.

Adam will once again be returning to open the Holdenby
House Food Show in Northamptonshire. Adam will be giving
several live cooking demonstrations over the two days as well as
presenting The Northamptonshire Food Awards for 2010.

Adam will be giving a live cooking demonstration at The Hampton Court Flower Show, focusing on seasonal British ingredients at their best.

Rhodes Twenty Four will once again be one of the restaurants headlining The Taste of London in Regents Park. Adam will be at this not too be missed culinary event for the four days serving a selection of classic taster dishes from the Rhodes Twenty Four menu.

Adam will be hosting his seventh annual “Chefs Academy” dinner at Northampton College. Once again he will be putting the selected hospitality students through their paces for the seventh year running. The students will cook and serve a seasonal British six course meal to 90 invited guests, recreating the environment and pressure of working in a fine dining “Michelin star” restaurant.

Adam again participated in “The Vertical Rush”. Adam ran up Tower 42, the tallest building in the City of London and the home of Rhodes Twenty Four to raise money for the Shelter charity. He smashed his previous years time and completed the 600 Ft climb in 5 minutes and 54 seconds, placing him 13th out of 860 runners.

the village of Harpole in aid of the Macmillan
Cancer Trust. The day was a huge success raising
£5000 for the charity.

The students cooked and served a seasonal British six course meal to 90 invited guests, recreating the environment and pressure of working in a fine dining “Michelin star” restaurant with truly outstanding results.

Adam was one of four Michelin starred chefs to headline the Northern Restaurant Show in Manchester. Adam gave a lively cooking demonstration using seasonal British ingredients.

Adam returned to Northamptonshire to officially launch the Daventry Learning Partnership’s new training kitchens at Daventry College.

Adam returned to his home village of East Haddon in Northamptonshire to give a cooking demonstration for charity. Adam demonstrated various dishes that can be easily cooked at home to the 50 local residents. All the proceeds from the tickets sales went to the Macmillan Cancer Trust.

Adam returned to open the Holdenby Food Show at Holdenby House in Northamptonshire. After the huge success of last years show Adam gave three lively cooking demonstrations to some of the 5000 people attending the show.

Adam was invited back by the residents of the village of Haselbech in Northamptonshire to give another cooking demonstration .On this occasion Adam showed how to cook alternative dishes for the festive season. Tickets were sold to 40 local residents and all the proceeds raised were donated to the NSPCC and Haselbech church. >>more

Adam showed his support for the Year of Food and Farming, by demonstrating simple dishes at the ‘Farming to Food Show’ on the 27th September 2007, right in the heart of London. His hands-on involvement in the show really demonstrated Adam’s passion to get people to re-engage with where their food is grown and produced. Sir Donald Curry, chair of the Policy Commission on the Future of Farming and Food, officially opened the show, and thanked Adam for his support.

Adam officially opened the Holdenby Food Show at Holdenby House in Northamptonshire, after being introduced to the show by Mr James Lowther, owner of the house. The Holdenby Food Show was the first of its kind in Northamptonshire and featured a broad selection of local and national producers, plus suppliers of fine foods and organic produce. Adam gave a series of lively cooking demonstrations for some of the 5,000 people attending the show, and happily encouraged the crowd to ask him any culinary questions. >>more
